2.1 Website Visitors
- Analytics (Vercel): We collect anonymized visit data including pages viewed, referrer source, device type, and general location (country/city level). IP addresses are hashed and not stored permanently.
- Security (Cloudflare): IP addresses are logged temporarily for DDoS protection and security monitoring. These logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
- No cookies: We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies on our website.
2.2 Email Communications
- When you contact us: If you email us or request a demo, we collect your email address and any information you voluntarily provide (name, company, message content).
- Email service (Brevo): We use Brevo (EU-based, GDPR-compliant) to send demo confirmations, follow-ups, and responses to inquiries. Your email is stored only as long as necessary for communication purposes.
- You control it: You can unsubscribe from emails at any time or request deletion of your data by emailing info@pragmatacore.eu.
2.3 Mobile App (iOS / Android)
- What the app collects: Our configurator apps (available on App Store and Google Play) do not collect personal data. The apps run entirely offline and do not transmit any usage data, analytics, or personal information to our servers.
- Device permissions: The app may request access to your device’s file system (to load 3D models) and camera (for AR features, if enabled). These permissions are used only for app functionality and no data is transmitted or stored externally.
- No accounts required: The app does not require user accounts, registration, or login.

Data Retention

- Website analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data retained indefinitely — not tied to individuals.
- Security logs (Cloudflare): Automatically deleted after 30 days.

International Data Transfers
We are based in the EU (Croatia). Some service providers (Cloudflare, Vercel) are based in the USA but are GDPR-compliant through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Your data is protected under GDPR regardless of where it is processed.

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, contact us immediately at info@pragmatacore.eu.
